Miami has been growing by leaps and bounds over the last 10 years, but no part of the city has grown more rapidly than Brickell, in the heart of downtown.

The area’s gentrification began in earnest with the 2006 construction of The Shops at Mary Brickell Village. Upscale bars and eateries along with a few top-notch retail stores has made it one of the most popular spots in downtown and has helped bring a massive influx of development, targeting the affluent demographic working just a couple of blocks east in the financial district, as well as the occasional transplant from the northeast coast.

Metrostudio is proud to be a part of this unprecendented growth since its inception. In 2005, our firm was brought onboard one of the signature developments of this new era, Epic Residences & Hotel. We had the opportunity to create a series of architectural renderings for this iconic building, which forever altered the Brickell skyline.

Our agency’s participation in the evolution of Brickell continues unabated with stunning 3D renderings created for Brickell Flatiron in 2016; a new development by Ugo Colombo and renowned Miami architect Luis Revuelta. Slated to open by next spring, this luxury condominium is sure to become one of the area’s most sought after properties.

The recently inaugurated LeParc at Brickell was entirely branded at our studio, including all collateral materials, marketing floorplans and renderings. Vida Brickell, another project located right next to LeParc was also branded by Metrostudio.

With the completion of Brickell City Center by year’s end, the profile of the neighborhood is sure to reach even higher ground than it already has, and we are excited to continue to play a vital role as the marketing agency of choice for many of the area’s top developers.
