The design consists of three architecturally distinct volumes: a lower bar containing classrooms and public spaces, a middle bar for faculty offices, research facilities, and a cutting-edge simulation center, and an upper bar dedicated to biomedical research labs. Our renderings showcased the bold massing, open-plan lab designs, and signature V-columns that elevate the western half of the building to create a civic entry plaza.

From the illuminated V-columns to the transparent double-height lobby, the building was designed to be both functional and symbolic. Working alongside Ennead, we illustrated these defining architectural elements to support stakeholder presentations and public engagement efforts, emphasizing both design clarity and institutional identity.
