Marketing shouldn't follow development. It should define it.

For twenty-five years we have worked with developers, architects and design teams on projects where the marketing has to be right the first time. We are brought in early — while positioning, audience and pricing are still open questions — and we stay through launch.

The studio is built this way deliberately. The people who make the work are the people you deal with, and the thinking is not delegated.

What we deliver depends on the project. When we deliver it doesn't — positioning first, then identity, then production.

Behind the Vision

Alex Rosman

Alex Rosman – Founder & CEO

Alex trained as an architect before moving into marketing, which is why Metrostudio works the way it does — the studio thinks like the people who design and build, not only like the people who sell. Over twenty-five years he has worked on projects representing more than $10 billion in combined sellout value, in Miami, New York, Rome and across the Caribbean. He remains directly involved in every engagement.

The studio is built around a core team and a long-standing network of specialists in visualization, film, development and production. The right people work on each project, and the same principals stay on it from the first conversation through launch.

“A rendering is an argument. Most of the work is deciding what the argument should be.”
“Nobody buys a floor plan. They buy an idea of how they will live, and the floor plan has to agree with it.”
“A project that is clear about what it is sells faster than a project that is impressive about everything.”
