Marina is our newest member and she is in charge of coordinating the UK and Spain accounts. She has an extensive communications background having worked at top entertainment and production agencies in Moscow, in the fashion and events industry.

Martin Kelly

Graphic Designer

Martin handles the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. He shapes the visual aspect of websites, and other graphic pieces. His has a strong ability to translate requirements into design and work methodically as part of a team.
Martin provides conceptual designs and creative strategy, generating brand awareness through traditional and digital marketing.

Guido Piluso

Community Manager

Guido is involved in various activities such as communications, social media, events and content creation. With more than 5 years of experience and a strong graphic design background, he works together with our creative teams, creating and managing online content.

He provides engaging copy, visuals, and video content for all social media channels, being responsible for the management and development of our agency's online community. In addition to setting, planning and implementing social media and communication strategies, Guido also monitors, tracks and reports on feedback and online reviews. As a true millennial, enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest trends and brings a refreshing and innovative touch to every content.

Natalia Damele

Web Development

Natalia is our Senior Web Developer. She is committed to providing quality coding solutions with high attention to detail and a keen eye for cutting edge UX design in fast development environments.

Natalia designs user interfaces and web layouts with HTML/CSS practices, as well as WordPress platforms. She formulates an effective, responsive design and turns it into a user-intuitive and visually appealing website. With excellent technical and communication skills, she brings all efforts together to meet every client’s deadline.

Macarena Garcia

Graphic Designer

Macarena is our Senior Graphic Designer, who specializes in creating visual concepts to execute ideas that inspire. She develops the overall layout and concept design for online/print ads, marketing collateral, and various digital assets.

Macarena creates art concepts and layouts either by hand or using specialized design software, conceptualizing visuals based on campaign requirements and target audience. Her attention to details combined with her passion for the arts, make an appealing visual every time.

Diego Quarone

Graphic Designer

Diego brings more than 20 years of experience in graphic design and art direction with an extensive know-how in corporate identity, and visual communication for the entertainment and media industries. He has an immersive background on product development for LATAM, Canada, Mexico and US, among others.

Diego has strong management skills, acquired through the interaction with international companies such as Walt Disney, Televisa, Nickelodeon, MTV, DIRECTV, Warner Bros, Coca-Cola, Peugeot and Unilever, to mention a few.

Victoria Sauan

Head of Online Campaigns

Victoria is a digital-savvy Community Manager with 8 years of experience in Google Analytics and social media. Some of her responsibilities include:

  • Developing a content plan
  • Creating engaging content for all platforms, including blogs, press releases, social media posts, newsletters, and videos
  • Engaging with online community and respond to comments and requests
  • Analyzing web traffic and relevant community metrics
  • Relaying community feedback to relevant internal teams
  • Devising and implementing community communication initiatives
  • Liaising with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency
  • Attending networking events or relevant industry workshops

Raul Diego is a seasoned Art Director and graphic designer with vast experience in visual communication, including print, web and video production. Raul has exploited his creative skills in several different markets and industries, ranging from corporate and commercial advertising, to high-end real estate.

Ildiko is a dynamic Operations Manager. In her capacity, she coordinates the agency’s production teams ensuring all marketing campaigns are executed in a timely manner while keeping the executive team updated on a daily basis. Her great time-management and people skills culminate with a solid management. Her main responsibilities include:

Debby is an energetic Account Manager, functioning as a key liaison between the agency’s clients and creative teams, ensuring that all marketing deliverables are executed in a timely manner and up to Metrostudio’s high-quality standards.
Some of her main responsibilities include:

  • Define project scope, marketing deliverables and timelines
  • Day-to-day point of contact with client
  • Attend client meetings

She is the primary point of contact for clients, outside partners and vendors. She strives to build and retain customer relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction. Some of her responsibilities include:

  • Working directly with Metrostudio team members, managing resources to provide solutions and enhance productivity
  • Spearheading the team briefing system and supporting the execution of deliverables
  • Ensuring project timelines and deadlines are met according to customer needs and goals
  • Providing detailed reports of ongoing projects to clients and executive team
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics

Michele has over 14 years’ experience in agency setting working alongside senior creative directors, designers, architects, animators, programmers, media planners and account managers. In her role, she oversees high-level marketing strategies, creating state-of-the-art solutions.

Ivan motivates the strategic vision and growth for Metrostudio, a leading marketing agency, ensuring the promise of creating long-term relationships with his clients. As the Managing Director, he brings a unique blend of business expertise and high-level commitment to client relationships. A results oriented professional, Ivan works very hard to ensure the agency delivers exceptional work, combined with an incomparable customer experience. He holds a B.B.A. in International Business and a Master’s of Accounting.

In the past, he served as a Controller for a boutique CPA firm, Guzman & Guzman, P.A., where he supervised employees and oversaw the financial reporting, accounting, billing, collections, payroll and budgeting. He also advised ownership on long- and short-term financial objectives, policies and goals.
