Currently, we have an opening for an Account Manager with prior experience in the creative, design or advertising industry. We seek team players who can grow with us and who can lead client relationships and internal teams on a variety of fast-moving projects.
Our ideal Account Manager will possess the following qualifications:
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in any of the following fields: marketing, design, advertising, account management, project management, real estate, business development.
- A strong work ethic
- Excellent communication, project management, customer service, organizational and leadership skills
- Professional attitude and service-oriented approach to client relationships
- Strong time-management skills in order to meet assigned deadlines
- Ability to work quickly under tight timelines, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Account Manager function:
- Project management for existing and new accounts
- Define project scope, deliverables and timelines
- Provide direction and support to the production/creative teams
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to meet deadlines
- Communicate with client and present progress and deliverables
- Be the day-to-day contact point with client
- Be the day-to-day contact point with outside partners and vendors
- Prepare presentations for client
- Prepare proposals for client
- Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs
Traffic function:
- Interface with the production teams to efficiently manage teams’ resources and productivity
- Brief team and support definition of deliverables
- Deliver assets to support communication of deliverables
- Approve materials produced and share with client for final approval
- Coordinate with team to ensure timely delivery
Manage production teams:
- Ensure the production team is working efficiently
- Ensure they are well briefed so they work in the correct direction avoiding idle time
- Facilitate a process or structure that enables team’s workload visibility to the executive team
